WIN: TO's new Airbnb rules could bring 5k units back for residents

This week, a provincial tribunal ruled in favour of Toronto’s proposed rules for short-term rentals. The important part is that up to 5,000 Airbnb units could be returned to the long-term residential market in Toronto thanks to the new regulations.

WIN: Ontario court gives another 👍 to pricing carbon pollution

Just before Canada Day, the Ontario Court of Appeal confirmed the federal government's authority to respond to the global climate emergency, including by putting a price on carbon pollution.

WIN: Vancouver approves two new secure rental housing projects

WIN: B.C. expands Foreign Buyers Tax

WIN: Vancouver passes new 10-year housing strategy

After reading the 80+ pages we knew right away it was one of the strongest municipal housing strategies we had ever seen, and needed to be passed.
