Actions you can take

To honour the first global Intergenerational Fairness Day, Generation Squeeze hosted an inaugural Community Call about generationally unfair policies that have contributed to today's housing, affordability, medical care, and climate crises. We discussed how a federal Generational Fairness Task Force could clean up the mess left by past policy chickens coming home to roost, and stop more bad eggs from hatching.

The conversation was led by Dr. Paul Kershaw, Gen Squeeze founder and UBC policy professor, and Kareem Kudus, director of the Gen Squeeze charity. We hope our Community Calls become a place to connect with other like-minded advocates, share your questions and ideas, and learn how you can support the global movement for a fairer future in which all generations can thrive.
